I need help

Hey everyone...i am puzzled and am feeling a bit ambitious right now. I want to find a way to commision writing. Dont worry this will not effect Journeyman but still i am trying to find some sort of money out of the oodles of time i put into several things.

First and foremost was as i said; I want to commision writing. How do you do that? How can you geruntee something like that??? HEck...i dont even know how art commisons work. ANYONE THAT HAS INFORMATION LET ME KNOW PLEASE :(

Second is that i have an insatiable appetite for creating new RPGs (pen and paper)..i would like to find a way to commison that. Perhaps i can come up with rpgs off of ideas that artist and writers come up with? Idk...if anyone is interested give me a heads up. And once again....any information would be lovely.
